#2025-0211-IT RFP for Information Technology Services

Banks County Board of Commissioners (BOC), hereinafter referred to as Banks County, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to oversee the County’s Information Technology network and functions. Vendor must have the ability to perform remote server oversight and on-site/off-site technical support for County’s users and their county issued computer equipment. Vendor must also be able to make recommendations to Banks County should equipment reach end of usefulness life and need to be replaced. Replacement or upgrade of county computer equipment will be at the discretion of Banks County and follow their procurement policy and guidelines.
Banks County has servers located in two locations, the County Annex and Courthouse. A list of Banks County computer equipment and their physical location is included in Appendix A of this RFP. The servers and associated network equipment are not on the computer list. Banks County highly recommends that interested vendors perform a site visit to the County Annex and Courthouse to view the County’s existing server setup.
