ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY

Banks County has an immediate opening for a full time ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY 

Salary: BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS

County Paid Benefits:

Health Insurance - PPO 100% after deductible/out-of-pocket. Effective the first of the month following 30 days of fulltime employment.

Life Insurance: $20,000 employee; $5,000 each for spouse/child(ren).

Short-term Disability: Pays 50% of your average wages up to 26 weeks.

Other Benefits through payroll deduction: (Vision, Dental, Accident, Critical Illness, Long Term Disability and Voluntary Life)

Dependent Healthcare; Available

401(a), 457(b) and 457 Roth Retirement Plans. - County matches up to 5%

Accumulated PTO (Personal Time Off)  - 8 hours per month first year, 10 hours per month year 1-3 and increases 2 hours per month every 3 years Max. 360 hours
