2025-0505 County Facilities Landscaping RFP

Banks County is seeking competitive proposals from qualified landscape professionals to perform landscaping services at specified Banks County Government facilities.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified landscape professionals to perform landscaping services at all areas as shown in Attachments A, B & C of this Request for Proposal.  Please see below complete RFP for more information.

Proposals will be received until 12:00 P.M., Monday, May 5, 2025, to the attention of Banks County Board of Commissioners, Attention:  Randy Failyer, Finance Officer in the Banks County Courthouse Annex, Suite 1 at 150 Hudson Ridge, Homer GA, 30547.

Submittals or modifications received after the due date and time will not be considered. Banks County Government assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of submittals not properly addressed and identified, and/or delivered to the proper destination. Late proposals properly addressed to the Banks County Board of Commissioners shall be returned to the respondent unopened.

Banks County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
