Danny Maxwell is serving his fifth term as the District 1 Commissioner. His most current term of office began January 1, 2023. He retired from pharmaceutical sales a few years ago and is married to Charlotte. They have two children and three grandchildren. Danny served his first term as Commissioner in the late 1990s.

Bo Garrison is serving his first term as District 2 Commissioner which began on January 1, 2021. Prior to serving as Commissioner he served on the Banks County Board of Education. He is the owner of David & Katie's Amish Store in Homer.
