Rules and Hearings Schedule
All hearings listed below are conducted at the Banks County Courthouse, 144 Yonah Homer Road, Homer, GA in the Magistrate Court unless otherwise specified. The hours and locations are subject to change due to holidays and specially set matters.
- County Ordinance Violations and Warrant Applications are conducted on Tuesdays.
- First Appearances are conducted as needed at the Banks County Courthouse or the Banks County Jail.
- Civil Calendars are conducted on Thursdays.
- Dispossessory Calendars are scheduled and conducted on any day which there is not a conflict with another calendar in order to meet time frames as provided by law.
