Danny Maxwell is serving his fifth term as the District 1 Commissioner. His most current term of office began January 1, 2023. He retired from pharmaceutical sales a few years ago and is married to Charlotte. They have two children and three grandchildren. Danny served his first term as Commissioner in the late 1990s.

Bo Garrison is serving his first term as District 2 Commissioner which began on January 1, 2021. Prior to serving as Commissioner he served on the Banks County Board of Education. He is the owner of David & Katie's Amish Store in Homer.
Chris Ausburn

Chris Ausburn is serving his first term as the District 3 Commissioner. His term of office began January 1, 2023. More info coming soon.
Keith Gardiner
District 4

Keith Gardiner is serving his third term as District 4 Commissioner which began on January 1, 2021. He served his first two terms from 1989 - 1994. He is a lifelong resident of Banks County and is married to Louann. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
