Commission Meetings
The Banks County Board of Commissioners meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex. Meeting location and time changes will be shown on the Meetings Calendar below and posted on the Annex main entrance bulletin board. Notice will also be provided to the Banks County News. If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact the Banks County Commissioners Office at 706-677-6800.

Speak at a Meeting
If you wish to speak on an issue at a Board of Commissioners meeting, please review and complete the Agenda Appearance Request form by clicking on the link above. Please notice that the deadline for submitting the appearance request to the County Clerk is noon on the Thursday immediately preceding each scheduled regular meeting.
Agendas & Minutes
Minutes become official once approved by the Board of Commissioners at the first regular meeting of the following month. Until officially approved, the minutes are considered to be in draft form.
