File a incident report with the Banks County Sheriff's Office, bring the report to the Probate Court, complete an affidavit and a re-print will be ordered at a cost of $6.00 (cash only)..
You must change your address at the county that originally issued the permit. If your carry license is within the 90-day expiration date or less than 30 days after expiration, and you provide proof of residency in Banks County, the renewal may be issued at Banks County. Cost is $50.00.
