Attention Banks County Water and Sewer Customers, It's here ACH!!!!

You've been asking for it for years, finally it's here.  Automated Clearing House (ACH), also known as "Direct Payments".

Never miss a water or Sewer payment again, drop by our office at: 150 Hudson Ridge, Suite 5 Homer, GA 30547 and signup today.

You will need to bring a Voided Check and fill out an application, if there's more than one name on the checking account all parties must be present to sign the authorization form.  Once this has been completed, your Utility payment's will automatically be deducted starting within two billing cycles.

Water bill payments may be mailed or paid at the Public Utilities Office in the Courthouse Annex at 150 Hudson Ridge, Suite 5.  The office is open from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.  You may also pay your bill online at the link below.

Please pay online only through the official link provided here to avoid late payments and service interruptions. Banks County is proud to offer this convenient service to our customers.

PLEASE NOTE NEW SERVICE APPLICANTS:  We "ONLY" accept the following forms of payment for first time customers; Cash, Check or Money Order until you're setup in our billing system.  After you're assigned an account number you may pay by check card or credit card in person or online.
