Dispatchers / Communications Officers are quite often forgotten after an event because of all of the adrenaline and response entities helping. We also sometimes never know the outcome but we are always praying for the best for our community in need. We like to help keep the EMA/E911 team morale up and try to always remember them as our true First Responders as they are the 'Pitcher on the Mound' and without them, the call is not executed and help may not be sent. It is for this reason, we humbly ask that you let us know at the same email address, phone number or mailing address if you have a positive, compassionate and helpful experience when you have need to contact 9-1-1.
